- Seeking capable sources to provide Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) with soft skill training classes to assist in developing a highly trained and skilled workforce. The training will be conducted on board FRCSW North Island and FRC West Lemoore. The following is a list of courses that the contractor will be required to provide: 1. Effective teams and diversity 2. Leadership and management 3. Office Automation 4. Office communication 5. Solutions and business acumen It is anticipated that the Government will award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) delivery order contract. The subsequent award will be for a one-year base period plus 4 one-year option periods. The Period of Performance will be from 1 October 2019 through 31 September 2024. Responses received will assist the Government in determining the procurement method and whether the solicitation will issued under one of the various socioeconomic set-asides. Attached is a DRAFT PWS and a DRAFT Course Listing for this requirement. If you are interested in this requirement, please submit a brief capability statement (3 pages Max) demonstrating the ability, experience and knowledge to provide the required training courses by 12:00 PDT 5 August 2019. The ability to provide all the courses referenced is a requirement. Partial awards will not be made. If sufficient interest is received under this Sources Sought, a solicitation will be issued within the next 30-45 days via NECO. IMPORTANT NOTES: This is a sources sought for Market Research purposes only. The Governments requirement may change at any time. DO NOT submit proposals in response to this sources sought.
