- 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, intends to solicit quotes for Audio/Visual Bridge and maintenance contract at the Veterans Benefits Administration, Washington DC. A Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C10E19Q0245. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 541990, (All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services) and the small business size standard is $15.0 Million. This procurement will be competed as a Total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition) procedures. Only verified SDVOSBs in the VIP database when a quote is submitted and at the time of contract award will be considered for award and unverified firms will be considered non- responsive and ineligible for award. VA Procurement Policy Memorandum 18-04 Tiered Evaluations applies to this procurement. 3. The intended contract period is a base year plus four (4) one-year option years. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is July 26, 2019 and the anticipated closing date is Aug 2, 2019. Interested Quoter s are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 4. Quoter s from all capable and responsible sources will be considered.
