- Call 002 - The Air Force Strategic Development Planning & Experimentation Office (SDPE) is soliciting innovative experimentation as described in the Advanced Research Announcement (ARA) with Calls FA8650-17-S-9300, Defense Experimentation Using Commercial Space Internet. Consistent with the desire to "experiment with the capability to seamlessly move and share data among a wide variety of fixed and mobile operating locations using constantly available, high-bandwidth, beyond-line-of-sight communications," a second Call for Proposals, Call 002 - Vendor Flexibility Experiments, under the referenced ARA with Calls is now available. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-DEC-2018).
