**Amendment No. 2 hereby adds a new Statement of Requirements (SOR) dated 24 July and adds a Questions & Answers document. This SOR replaces the SOR dated 18 July 2019 in its entirety. The amendment also extends the closing to 3:00 EST 31 July 2019** **Amendment No. 1 hereby adds a new Statement of Requirements dated 18 July. This Statement of Requirements replaces the Statement of Requirements dated 28 May 2019, in its entirety. The amendment also extends the closing to 3:00 EST 29 July 2019** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation (paper copy) will not be issued. Further, offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation.
