Description
COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/synopsis reference number is FA542219Q2003 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 (effective 20 Dec 18). This acquisition is be conducted as unrestricted. North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) 333991 "Power-Driven Handtool Manufacturing" and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database @ www.sam.gov to be considered for award. Response to this combined synopsis/solicitation must be received via email by 2 Aug 19 no later than 5:00PM CDT. Quotes should be marked with solicitation number FA542219Q2003. RFQ Submission Information: Quotes shall be emailed to 475eabscontracting@mob05.deployed.af.mil and thomas.hutchins@mob05.deployed.af.mil by the response due date and time. Offerors should conform to the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure established in this solicitation. The offeror is required to provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in this RFQ; this includes product literature and other documents, if necessary. Price should be in U.S. Dollars. Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. Quotes must meet the detailed specifications and salient characteristics for the requirement as seen below. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
