Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Videk, Inc., located at 1387 Fairpoint Road, Bldg, 1000C, Fairpoint, NY, 14450 for the purchase of 12 months maintenance for Videk DocuVision 8600 Track and Trace System. This software is proprietary and Videk, Inc. is the sole source provider of and has sole access to the source code necessary to provide the required maintenance subscription that is comprised of version upgrades, updates, fixes and technical support via telephone, internet and email. In addition, Videk has exclusive rights and does not authorize resellers or other entities to maintain it. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
