- The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Clint Precision Mfg for the procurement of BOLT-PB Packages required for the construction of Beacon Objective Lite-Patrol Boat Systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
