This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of businesses including (but not limited to) 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Veteran-Owned Small Business firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334510. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking both manufacturers and/or distributors of the exact match or functionally equivalent equipment/ services to the following listed above on Friday July 26, 2019 No Later Than 5PM CST. STATEMENT OF WORK Medical Grade LED Monitors Brand name or equal Name of Equipment: OEV-26 high definition LED monitor General: The following items are being replaced due to the end of life monitors in the Harlingen Specialty Clinic- GI department. Monitor EE5210 SEPG 104038 is to be replaced, in room 3D-124 Monitor EE5211 SEPG 104039 is to be replaced, in room 3D-118 Monitor EE5212 SEPG 104041 is to be replaced, in room 3D-122 Monitor EE5213 SEPG 104042 is to be replaced, in room 3D-118 Gastroenterology is the branch of medicine focused on the digestive system and its disorders. The Olympus OEV-262H is used by GI department inside procedure rooms. They attach to the Olympus Endoscope System, which is currently in place, to view digestive system during procedures. The equipment is needed to meet the demands of a functioning Gastroenterology department. Description of Work: Item will be delivered to warehouse at: VA Health Care Center at Harlingen 2601 Veterans Drive Harlingen, TX 78550 For inspection by Biomedical Engineering. The item will then be delivered to HCC Harlingen Specialty Clinic 2601 Veteran Dr., Harlingen, TX 78550 Hours of Performance: Delivery to occur between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, during non-Federal Holidays.
