Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation Request for Quote NIAID-RFQ-19-1968057 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect with the Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 dated July 12, 2019. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), is requesting to procure one (1) Biostat B-DCU 2-fold MO 120v fermenter / bioreactor - #BIOSTATBDCUII, Installation in USA for 1-Biostat B-DCU MO (2016) - #S8762INSTP, Service Level Agreement: ESSENTIAL for year 2 and 3 incl.1st Year Maintenance (option period to be exercised 30 days before one (1) year warranty expires) - #S8762SLAE, BioPAT MFCS/win 3.1 - #BIOPATMFCS, and Installation in USA for 1 BioPAT MFCS/win 3.1 - #S8774INSTLP. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and award will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR Part 13.501(a)(1).
