- Grounds Keeping Tractor and Snow Removal Attachments NAICS Code: 333120 Solicitation Number: 36C26319Q0800 Notice Type: Request for Information (RFI) This is a Request for Information (RFI) only; it is not a request for quotations or offers. 52.215-3 -- Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997) (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. (b) Although proposal and offeror are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This solicitation is issued for the purpose of: conducting market research to identify potential sources for a potential procurement of grounds keeping tractor and snow removal attachments as indicated below at the St. Cloud VA Healthcare System located at 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303. To assist interested parties, a brief/general description (not all inclusive) is provided below: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: Equal must meet all of these salient characteristics. Background: The St. Cloud MN VA Health Care System has a requirement to replace their current Toro 4000D and 580D grounds tractor mower with cab and snow removal attachments. Operator, service and parts manuals included with purchase.
