- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole-source award for a Safety Net II. The award will be made to Inmarsat Government, Inc. located at 11600 Sunrise Valley Dr, Reston, VA 20191. The NGA believes Inmarsat is the only source available to satisfy the requirements. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, when the required service is available from only one source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, full and open competition need not be provided for. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-DEC-2018).
