SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT This is a sources-sought announcement only This is not a solicitation for proposals, abstracts, bids, or quotations. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Responses to this information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. RPO-West NCO 17 Medical Sharing Branch I plans to solicit for a vendor who can provide Health Care Resources services in the form of perfusion, autotransfusion, and conduit harvesting services in accordance with terms and conditions stated hereinto (see attached Performance Work Statement- Draft) to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), on-site at Audie L. Murphy VAMC. RPO-West NCO 17 Medical Sharing Branch I is conducting a market survey to determine the existence of potential small business concerns (e.g., HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, Women Owned, etc.) with the capability to fulfill this requirement. Place of Performance: South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) Audie L. Murphy VAMC 7400 Merton Minter Blvd. San Antonio, TX 78229 Type of Contract: If this Sources Sought Notice leads to future solicitation, the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period shall be a base period of one (1) year, tentatively starting March 21, 2020, with four (4) option years thereafter. Interested parties shall provide the following: Brief overview of their firm s capabilities in the form of a Capability Statement (see below); Information about current or past performance of perfusion services in Texas. All information shall be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format, not to exceed 10 pages, including all attachments. Each Capability statement submittal shall also include the following business information: Organization name Organization address Organization DUNS number Point of contact (including name, title, address, telephone number and e-mail address) Business Size under NAICS 621111 Socio-economic status (provide appropriate verification) Location of candidates Firms shall identify whether they are a small business or other than small business in accordance with the size standard for NAICS code 621111. If another NAICS code may be applicable, please identify the NAICS in your capability statement. All Information must be received no later than July 25 by 8:00am, MST.
