- The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District (NWK), is engaged in on-going efforts to plan a variety of levee infrastructure improvements within the Kansas City area for earliest possible implementation. NWK intends to execute a Design-Build Contract to address urgent and complex priorities for three pump stations within the Argentine Levee Unit, along the Kansas River, in Wyandotte County, Kansas.
