- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Gastrointestinal and Genetic Testing Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2005-95, (Effective, 15 June 2018). The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Army Health Contracting Activity, US. Army Medical Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for all services associated with this requirement that meet or exceed the Government's specifications.
