Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Hexagon Metrology, Inc. for annual renewal of calibration and support maintenance of the Leica AT960 laser tracker and T-Probe for one base year and two option years. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
