***************** UPDATE ********** 15 July 2019, 1500 CDST ***************** UPDATE ********** The Virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference was held this morning by teleconference at 0830-1130 CDST. Members of the Government team were introduced, then presented a description of the Program and its background, and an Overview of the Solicitation, then a brief Source Selection Training and Discussion of the Keys to a Good Proposal. The Contracting Officer presented the questions that had been previously submitted for clarification with the Government response. The session closed with an Open Question and Answer Session for all attendees. The Briefing Charts, the previously submitted Questions with Government responses, and the oral questions and answers are posted as new attachments to this announcement.
