- Solicitation 15F06719C0000119 is a full and open competition solicitation for preventive maintenance services of a Heidelberg Prinect System. Interested small business contractors shall submit a certification from Heidelberg to prove they are accredited to maintain Heidelberg systems. It is likely that only Heidelberg can provide these services due to training and an exclusive licensing agreement on the software. Contractor shall read the Statement of Objectives and provide accreditation certificate from Heidelberg, a Performance Work Statement, forward pricing rate agreement, completed 52.212-3, and a fixed price for each base/option to be negotiated under FAR Part 15. While market research shows only one contractor can provide the services, CO is publicizing to verify in lieu of creating a J&A. The solicitation should be instrument type R, but clerical error made it C, so that will be the instrument type for this solicitation.
