Description: PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Work includes laboratory testing on collected disturbed jar soil samples and undisturbed tube soil samples. Required tests must be run through a USACE validated lab capable of running triaxial testing. Samples will be delivered by USACE personnel and some testing will be attended by USACE personnel.
