Description

The U.S. Department of Education's (the Department) National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), Institute of Education Sciences (IES) hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Louisiana's State Education Agency (SEA), Louisiana Department of Education (LADOED) in support of Public Law 107-279 Education Sciences Reform Act of 2002 and Public Law 107-110 No Child Left Behind. The Department will contract with LADOED to support participation in the NCES State Partnership Program. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
