Description

Amendment 3: Clarifications: Capability evaluation will be based on the ability to execute the tasking statements associated with each Pool in Section 3.3 of the SOW/Matrix Reponses could be to all the Pools or a single Pool or a combination thereof. Amendment 2: Changing the facility from "Top Secret" to "Secret."
