This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-19-Q-4060. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2019-03 and DFARS Publication Notice 20190628. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required justification or documentation is attached. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor Contracting Department requests responses from qualified Polaris sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001: 3 each 2019 POLARIS Ranger Green (Model R19RNA57B) Each vehicle shall meet all requirements found in Attachment 1: Salient Characteristics. DELIVERY: Delivery due no later than 20SEP2019 Delivery Location is: ATTN: LT. ALTENBURGER, BLDG 1757 NEOSHO AVE., JBPHH, HAWAII, 96860 FOB Destination applies. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Please review both the Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Salient characteristics thoroughly. Include the completed FAR clause 52.212-3 and ALT 1 along with your quote. In order to be technically acceptable, Quoter must provide a quote that meets all requirements under this solicitation.
