- The Federal Bureau of Prison, Federal Correctional Complex, Yazoo City, MS, awarded a sole source order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1-Only One Source Responsible Source, to Senstar, Inc., 13800 Coppermine Road, 2nd Floor, Herndon, VA 20171, to replace the fence alarm at the Medium Facility at FCC Yazoo City, MS. This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers as no solicitation documents are available. Based on the requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source on a full and open competitive basis. This notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal request for quotation package is available.
