- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract for the procurement of two user licenses for the Refinitiv LoanConnector (LC), Loan Pricing Corporation (LPC) Collateral, and Business Development Corporation (BDC) Collateral products to support research projects. The Government intends to procure this requirement pursuant to the exception under FAR 6.302-1 - "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
