- The United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (USDA ARS) has a requirement to construct a new one-story pre-engineered building (PEB) of approximately 3,826 SF and will include offices, a conference room, a break room, and utility spaces. This requirement will also include an option for ashalt paving, striping for a parking lot, and installation of a bioswale. New facility will support a federally owned Watershed Research Unit (WRU) to be located on leased land at the University of California at Davis in Davis, California. The users of the new WRU building will be ARS scientists and associated staff for the purpose of studying watershed issues. The anticipated scientists may eventually include hydrologists, plant physiologists, economists, and data analysts. Estimated completion of project within 365 days of award and notice to proceed.
