Description

NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (NASA AFRC) has a requirement for Aircraft Operations Support services and hereby issues the attached Request for Proposal for Solicitation No. 80AFRC19R0008, which supersedes the previous Sources Sought No. 80AFRC18R0002. In support of this requirement, NASA AFRC intends to solicit and award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract utilizing FAR Part 15. This effort will be competed on a full and open basis. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 488190 and $32.5M respectively. Requests for documents which are referenced in the solicitation and not available to the general public must be made via e-mail to the Primary Point of Contact. The request must contain the specific document name and number requested, as well as the name of the requestor, company name, and CAGE code. Questions must be submitted via e-mail to the Primary Point of Contact and received no later than July 24, 2019, 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Telephone questions will not be accepted. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps.Gov for any updates/amendments to the solicitation. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html.
