- USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service in Pennsylvania is planning to restore a wetland location in Linesville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania. Major items of work are as follows: Mobilization and Demobilization, Excavation, Earthfill, Silt Fence, Grassed Waterway, Plastic Pipe, Rock Riprap, and Seeding. The duration of the contract is 124 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be a firm fixed price contract.
