- 36C25019Q1048-NOTICE OF INTENT- WaveMark- VISN 10 The VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO 10) hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to award a sole source contract to WaveMark, Inc: 300 Baker Ave STE 207, Concord, MA 01742. The authority to sole source this contract action is in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) (1) (i). The assigned NAICS is 541519, and the FSC is 7125. The proposed contract action will satisfy a Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 procurement need to supply both the Louis Stokes Cleveland and Cincinnati VA Medical Centers with additional WaveMark Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) smart cabinets ancillary equipment and consumables, installation and equipment maintenance. The items procured are proprietary to the existing WaveMark Infrastructure that has been implemented and is currently in use VISN 10-wide. Please do not request a copy of a solicitation. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals, nor is it a solicitation of offers. Any response to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and any capability statement provided must address services listed above. Written communication received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative written response is received on or before Saturday June 13,2019 11:59PM EST, the contract will be awarded without further notice. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Inquiries will only be accepted via email at Ronetta.Sweeney@va.gov. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS SYNOPSIS WILL BE USED TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENT OF FAR 5.101; AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO CONTRACT FOR ANY SUPPLY OR SERVICE. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS INCURRED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS.
