- 36C25019Q1037-NOTICE OF INTENT- BORESCOPE-CINCINNATI VAMC The VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO 10) hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to award a sole source contract to a VIP Verified Veteran-Owned Small Business, Advanced Inspection Technologies, Inc: 2020 W Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32935. The Government believes that Advanced Inspection Technologies, Inc is a responsible Veteran Owned Small Business and Public Law 109-461 and FAR 6.302-5 is the VA s authority to sole source. The assigned NAICS is 339113, and the FSC is 6515. The proposed contract action will satisfy a procurement need for the Cincinnati VA Medical Center: 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220. The following items will be procured: Zibra Milliscope HD Fiberscope (MPN: HDF07.1025.00F6) 2 ea.; Zibra Milliscope HD Fiberscope (MPN: HDF15.1025.00F) 4 ea.; Zibra Milliscope HD Fiberscope (MPN: HDF05.1025.00F) 1 ea.; Zibra Milliscope HD Base Unit (MPN: 50500) 5 ea.; Zibra Milliscope HD Zoom Camera Handle (MPN: 50501) 5 ea. Please do not request a copy of a solicitation. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals, nor is it a solicitation of offers. Any response to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and any capability statement provided must address services listed above. Written communication received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative written response is received on or before Monday June 8,2019 11:59PM EST, the contract will be awarded without further notice. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Inquiries will only be accepted via email at Ronetta.Sweeney@va.gov. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS SYNOPSIS WILL BE USED TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENT OF FAR 5.101; AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO CONTRACT FOR ANY SUPPLY OR SERVICE. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS INCURRED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS.
