We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can provide the following equipment per the description of item(s) below for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VA Medical Center (VAMC), 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249: DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS Salisbury VA Medical Center Items: HP 3-D Printer (Please See Attachment) Manufacturer: HP Statement of Work Contract Title. Anatomical Modeling and Assistive Technology using Fusion Jet Color 3D Printer for functional surgical planning, clinician training, patient education, orthotics, and assistive technology devices. Background/Dates of Service (Period of Performance). The Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center is requesting a fusion jet color 3d printer system and supplies. Initial implementation would commence on (TBD). Scope. The Contractor shall provide equipment, tools, materials, installation, training and repair (1 year) necessary for McGuire VA staff to operate a fusion jet color 3d printer capable of a wide variety of color and material options in a single print process. Specific Tasks. The Vendor will provide the following supplies: HP Jet Fusion 580 color Printer 580 print head and material agents Printer consumables (filters) Guyson Multiblast cabinet for HP printers with compressor TigerVac Explosion proof vacuum The Vendor will provide the following equipment to provide services. Vendor will provide on-site training and installation for approx. 3 staff members on the entire printer system Vendor will provide more detailed training installation for approx. 1 staff member on the entire printer system Vendor will provide 1 year of onsite support and repair of 580 printer Line Description of Services Estimated QTY Unit Unit Price Total Price 0001 Jet Fusion 580 color printer in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) 1 EA 0002 Print head, fusing agents, and materials in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) 1 EA 0003 Consumable parts (filters) in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) 1 EA 0004 Install, training, and advanced training in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) 1 EA 0005 Tiger Vac vacuum, Guyson Multiblast, 80G compressor in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) 1 EA TOTAL Base Year Price: All interested parties should respond, in writing via email to rodney.wilson2@va.gov.
