- This is in reference to the synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106(b)(i), a Determination Memorandum for Sole Source Acquisitions for Simplified Acquisitions. This announcement constituted the only solicitation; quote was requested and a written solicitation was not issued. This solicitation reference no. N6134019R0063 was issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) on 7 May 2019 with a closing date of 22 May 2019. This procurement was solicited under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, with an associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 333318 (Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
