Description
Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a modification to the TO cost-plus-fixed-fee order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) No. N6339417G0001 Order N6339419F0004 on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Corporation, 199 Borton Landing Rd, Moorestown, NJ 08057-3054. This order will provide additional STAMO repair and Power Supply materials for the Solid State Continuous Wave Illuminator parts as specified in the attached statement of work. Award Notice No. N6339419F0004 posted to FBO on 6 May 2019 provides additional information regarding the requirement. The anticipated order is intended to be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as indicated in the attached class justification and approval. Full and open competition need not be provided for when the supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to Ciara Allison via email at ciara.allison@navy.mil and John Carhart at john.carhart@navy.mil. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 30 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
