- ---------------------- SUMMARY: Aggregate Base Delivered to Boone Road; 10,000 tons; Class 2 Natural ---------------------- SUBMIT QUOTES TO: TIrvine@BLM.gov BY 5PM PST 07/19/2019 ---------------------- All responses to this notice must be In Accordance With (IAW) the attached Solicitation Provisions, Salient Characteristics and Specifications/Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Clauses, Terms, and Conditions. ---------------------- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice, incorporated solicitation provisions, and contract clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. This will be a firm-fixed price contract, 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, awarded to the offer that represents the overall best value and lowest risk to the government. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), and using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Referenced FAR clauses are available in full text at: https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=browsefar. An offeror must be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM) SAM.gov prior to award. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 212319 and the business size standard is 500 Employees.
