- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Replacement of Split System Units at the Southern California Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) Child Care Facility (SCT CCF). This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy (AMS), Section 3.2.1.2.11 Public Announcements. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR. NAICS CODE# 238220 Location: Southern California TRACON Child Care Facility (SCT CCF) at 9175 Kearny Villa Rd, San Diego, CA 92126 A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 10:00am PDT. To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, and contact information to Tiffany Weber at tiffany.w.weber@faa.gov no later than Friday, July 12, 2019 at 12:00 pm PDT. All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Tiffany Weber at tiffany.w.weber@faa.gov. All questions must be received no later than Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 12:00 pm PDT. Proposals should be submitted to Tiffany Weber at tiffany.w.weber@faa.gov. Proposals are due no later than Monday, August 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM PDT. Any proposal received after Monday, August 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM PDT will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award.
