Kingsbridge Road Rm. 9b16 Bronx NY 10468 Synopsis: Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northport VA Medical Center, is conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing the following services for Northport VAMC. Scope of Work: Contractor will clean and repair curtains and drapery as well as change carriers and clean and repair tracks if needed at VAMC Northport and five outpatient clinics (CBOCS). If additional tracks and valances are needed, there will be a separate additional cost. Billing will be once per month for 12 months. Contractor must visit Northport VA Medical Center monthly to maintain all cubicle curtains, drapery, shower curtains and tracks throughout the entire facility. Contractor will inspect curtains and tracks on each visit and take down, wash, repair and re-hang an average of two units per month (one medical unit & one community living center). Temporary curtains will be provided for each area while being serviced. This service will include the cleaning of cubicle curtains four times per year in the community living centers, four times per year in all clinical areas and twice per year in all medical units. About the CBOCs, it is expected that the contractor will perform curtain maintenance and repair on a rotating basis to make sure all CBOC locations are serviced at least twice per year. This service will be provided at a monthly rate determined at time of award. Contractor will maintain a log of what is done monthly, and record units serviced in the EMS office in Building 10, 2nd floor. Invoices will be billed monthly upon completion of the areas and if the Northport VA Medical Center is not satisfied with the results of the services provided to any curtain or drape, we reserve the right for re-service at no additional cost. Vendor is responsible for any items that are lost or damaged. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 811219. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing via email and must be received no later than July 19, 2019. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement relative to NAICS 811219. Qualified offerors shall be experienced in addition to providers (sellers) capable of supporting this facility. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, and examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to DUNS number, address, and point of contact. If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax) and received no later than July 19, 2019 at 3:00PMEST. A solicitation is not currently available.
