- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Masonry Repairs and Restoration, W911SD-19-R-0147 at West Point, NY. The period of performance is 30 September 2019 - 29 September 2020 (base yr.) with four (4) one (1) year options. The contract will be awarded as an ID/IQ - Firm Fixed price. This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 238140, Masonry Contractors, size standard is $15.0M and FSC/PSC of Z2QA. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Also please verify that both your DUNS # and Cage Code are current. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern. Please note that Past Performance submittals are due prior to the solicitation closing date. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://fbo.gov. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the internet address provided as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments. Electronic submissions via email or facsimile will not be accepted. Offers shall be mailed through a commercial/Government carrier or hand carried to the following address.
