This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes.
