Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. The Department of Energy (DOE) Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) has issued a Firm Fixed Price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(ii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Dobel Engineering Company. WAPA awarded this requirement as a sole source to the Dobel Engineering Company. Dobel Engineering Company is the sole provider for RTS7 keys. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 - Software Publishers, with the size standard of $38.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes. Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the DOE requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by July 2, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. EST. Responses to this posting must be in writing and submitted to neal@wapa.gov. Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to award in accordance with FAR part 4.11.
