Description

This is a published as a sole source announcement under authority at 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), and regulatory authority at FAR 6.302-1. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tobyhanna Division, Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 intends to modify an existing contract on a sole source basis under statutory authority at 10 USC2304 (c), and regulatory authority at FAR 6.302-1: only one responsible source. Contract, W25G1V-19-C-0006, awarded to Olmstead Instrument Company, 1401 Stoneridge Drive, Middletown PA, 17057, will be modified for the overhaul of 53 additional Horizontal Situational Indicators, PN ID-2278B/A and 67 additional Vertical Situational Indicators, PN ID-2277A/A. Delivery shall be with the ongoing production line with a completion date of 30 November 2019. This additional service is necessary in order for CECOM to meet its near term requirement to support Army Aviation.
