Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Based on a requirement from the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, this is a sources sought notice to determine the availability of potential business sources capable of providing a substance abuse rehabilitation program that supports patients from discharge through the first twelve to eighteen months of recovery. This announcement is for informational and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice. The Government is not responsible for the cost associated with any effort expended in responding to this notice. A Firm, Fixed Price (FFP) non-personal services contract is anticipated that will consist of a one-year base period only. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 624190 and the size standard is $11 million. The government intends to procure a contract is to provide continued support to host and maintain a web and phone-based Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP) Aftercare Recovery Program to assist Sailors and Marines maintain sobriety and assist in their ongoing recovery support anywhere in the world. The intent of the program is to continue to provide critical continuity of care to service members in early recovery - anywhere in the world and at any time. This SARP Aftercare Recovery Program assists substance abuse patients in recovery to integrate the essential changes that help to promote sustained sobriety and productivity in a cost efficient manner and at the individual ™s pace of recovery. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. It is anticipated that the contract will only have a 12 month base period of performance. The required services, The Navy MORE program, is currently being provided by The Hazelden-Betty Ford Foundation N00189-14-P-Z501. It is anticipated that the instant requirement will be solicited in the summer of 2019. Offerors possessing the requisite skills, resources, and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to respond to this market research sources sought via a submission of an executive summary, no more than 3 pages in length. The submission should include the following information: (1) company name, address, point of contact with corresponding phone number and e-mail address, and business size (under NAICS 624190) and (2) relevant corporate experience references. This relevant corporate experience information should identify the applicable contract number, the total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance. Details of the relevant services provided to include a brief description of the services performed, and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and e-mail address.
