- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project #652-19-901 Renovate Offices The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 652-19-901, to Renovate Offices at the Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Richmond, VA. General Scope: The Contractor s work shall include, but not limited to: Removing all existing work stations and adding new work stations and offices. Removal and replacement of carpet. Removal of toilets and sinks and all ceramic wall and floor tile in bathrooms. Removal of existing fluorescent ceiling and wall mounted fixtures. Patching and painting of associated wall and ceiling surfaces. Removal and abatement of asbestos. This work is to comply with current VA standards for hospital construction and patient care. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS CODE: 238390 Size Standard: $15.0 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about July 8th, 2019. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No bidders list is maintained. All interested vendors should register on this website. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation.
