Description

The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to negotiate solely for a brand specific group training course entitled Principles of Modern Radar as prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(i), with Georgie Institute of Technology, Georgia Tech Professional Education (GTPE) Division. Reference the attached Limited Source Justification (LSJ) and Statement of Work. This is not an RFQ or solicitation. This is a special notice to notify the general public of the Government's intensions that the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Sole Source contract to Georgie Institute of Technology. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611430 and the size standard is $11M. All responses received by Close of Business (COB) 19 June 2019 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
