- The Delaware Army National Guard, located in New Castle, DE intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to The Delaware State Fair, Inc. 18500 S. Dupont Hwy, Harrington, DE 19952. The Delaware State Fair will provide prepared physical advertising signs, social media advertising, as well as vendor space. The requirement will be sole sourced to The Delaware State Fair Inc. in order to provide the prepared physical advertising signs, social media advertising, as well as vendor space for the duration of The 2019 Delaware State Fair in Harrington, DE. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 541850 and has a size standard of $14.0 million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 11:00a.m. EST, 28 JUNE 2019 to: JACOB.R.LINDELL.MIL@MAIL.MIL Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
