- 36C24919R0166 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9 Central Region, on behalf of the Robley Rex VA Medical Center located at 800 Zorn Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source award for Project # 603-19-501, Correct Site Lighting Deficiencies. This sole source award to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concern has its authority under 41 U.S.C. 3304 (a)(5) as implemented by way of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-5 Authorized or Required By Statue, and VAAR 819.7007 Sole Source Awards to a Verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concern. This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101. This Special Notice is being issued for information purpose only. The formal Justification & Approval for this action shall be posted on this site in accordance with FAR Part 6.305 (A) upon final award.
