Description
This SIR is based on previous announcement 30407 and 30407-001. This announcement modifies Solicitation 693KA8-19-R-00009 as follows. All proposals must be sent electronically to raymond.glembocki@faa.gov. The closing date for this Solicitation is 2:00 PM July3, 2019. The following questions were submitted. Questions This question is related to L.7 Proposal Submission, which states œFAA ™s size limitation for email attachments is 5Mbytes. and L.9 Proposal Format. Do the above require that œeach of the six proposal section files are less than 5Mbytes or that in total all six combined must be less than 5Mbytes? There is no size limitation on files, just the page count limitation. Offerors may send multiple emails with files organized so that each email attachment grouping is less than 5Mbytes. Do all of the required proposal documents identified in L.10 including the archived data per L.10 Section 5 need to be submitted via either email or ftp (i.e., as a complete package via email or ftp), or can the files be split among both email and ftp (i.e., Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 via email and Section 5 via ftp)? The proposal does not need to be delivered in one package. As stated above, it is acceptable for the Offerors spreading files across more than one email, but if any file is larger than 5Mbytes by itself, then the Offeror should put it on the FTP so the FAA can receive it and the email server will not block it. We would also recommend that if the Offeror does send more than one email, they put in the email subject, œ1 of 2 , œ2 of 2 , etc. If you're viewing this announcement from a source other than Federal Aviation Administration Contract Opportunities (FAACO), visit https://faaco.faa.gov/index.cfm/announcement/view/33771 to view the original announcement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
