Description

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox (MICC-Knox) intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Future Farmers of America Inc., (Doing Business as: National Future Farmers of America (NFFA). Under FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The US Army Accession Mission Support Battalion's, National Convention Division (NCD) will be the attendee for this event as a requirement in support of US Army Marketing, Education, ROTC Cadet Command, PaYs and Medical Recruiting. The NFFA is the host and sole provider authorized to provide exhibit space rental for this event which will be held on October 30, 2019 through November 1, 2019 at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46225. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 14 June 2019 at 16:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
