Be a singular device no third-party software or an online calculator. Be able to show anatomical details on a longitudinal cut through the entire eye. Have cornea-to-retina scan capability. Be able to measure both eyes in less than 45 seconds. Achieve cataract penetration rate of 99%. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Small Business Programs, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice.
