- This is a PRESOLICITATION notice of intent. The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) intends to issue a solicitation for a mobile kitchen at the Tucson VA Health Care System. This is NOT a request for proposals, is NOT an authorization to begin work, and does NOT commit the Government to purchase any services. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of any responses to this notice. The Tucson station is seeking a qualified contractor that can provide a mobile kitchen. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722330 and any resulting solicitation will be a Small Business Set-Aside. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments upon their posting to the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov; the solicitation number will be 36C25819Q0272. It is the contractor s responsibility to monitor the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) for the solicitation release and any/all subsequent amendments. All responsible sources may submit a quote in response to the solicitation when it is released. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a Firm Fixed-Price Award based on the lowest price quote. Notice to potential offerors: All offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
