- Description: This is a pre-solicitation notice for solicitation 47PH0119R0001. This solicitation will be issued to procure multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for construction /design-build (DB) services in support of the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Special Programs Division (SPD). GSA PBS Region 7 Acquisition Management Division is the office soliciting and will administer the resulting contracts. This procurement will be issued for full and open competition and will result in six (6) multiple-award IDIQ contracts. The multiple-award IDIQ contracts will have a period of performance of one (1) year and include four (4) one-year option periods. Each awardee will be guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 for the base year only. The maximum ordering limitation of each IDIQ contract is $125 million per IDIQ contract. The individual task orders to be placed under the contracts will range in dollar value from approximately $2,000 to $25,000,000. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million.
