- Title: GB AH-02 Controls Repair & TU Software The Atlanta Medical Center located at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033, requires the contractor to furnish all necessary, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to provide GB AH-02 Controls Repair & TU Software to improve efficiency, service quality and patient satisfaction. All terms, conditions, provisions, schedules and specifications of the solicitation. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only for the purpose of Market Research. Response to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS or QUOTES and NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall NOT be construed as solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Responses to this source sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The Atlanta VA Medical Center is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses/Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to provide GB AH-02 Controls Repair & TU Software/ training (Must be certified on equipment/ software) for efficiency, service quality and patient satisfaction. Please see attachment A: Statement of Work Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number (www.dnb.com), list of available compatible products, the geographical location the respondent is able to service, and documentation of authorized distributor certification (if a brand name product is intended for offer should the requirement go to solicitation).
