- NSN 6220-01-123-0209, Light Navigational. Destination inspection required; FOB Origin. Requested delivery is 79 days ARO or better. Item is a non-commercial and is a stock item. This export control and critical application item. This is procurement is Unrestricted with approve sources CAGE 32890 LUMINESCENT SYSTEMS PART NUMBER 7847-5 This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) based on the estimate annual demand of 864 each, firm fixed price for a 2 year base period and 3 option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is June 18, 2019 under solicitation SPE4A6-19-R-0459. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
